Highest tolerance

Apex’ sleeve base has a unique stable construction with aluminium rings for high accuracy in TIR, without using a flexible intermediate layer. The sleeve keeps its tolerance better in the machine, as aluminium safeguards the compressibility. Apex always produces anilox sleeves according to the official OEM drawings.

Lowest weight

Because of the stability the top layer of the aluminium casting can be thinner, without loosing stability, which saves on weight!

Stainless steel end rings available

An extra option on Apex’ UltraQuick sleeves are the stainless steel protection end rings with a ceramic embedding that protect the sides from damages to occur.
