Tigersleeve blanks are direct laser engravable, made of a unique revolutionary patent-pending new material, called Paulomeer. Paulomeer is the 3rd generation material after elastomer and photopolymer for manufacturing printing sleeves. Paulomeer combines the good ink transfer of elastomer with all the advantages of photopolymer, suitable for all kinds of applications and substrates. The surface is more close compared to conventional materials, and the surface tension is optimally engineered.

Recent trials at customers where Tigersleeves are combined with the patented Genetic Transfer Technology for producing metering rolls, show that the combination of these two technologies, results in a significantly higher quality flexoprinting, which is even comparable to gravure printing.
