Apex appoints ScanTeco ApS new representation in Scandinavia

After an almost four-year mutually beneficial co-operation between Mogens Lindström and Apex Europe, both parties will go separate ways soon. Mogens Lindström has come to an age where he could start enjoying his retirement. However, the flexographic printing industry will not loose this experienced person, since the next steps in his already impressive career will lie in journalism, his work for the Dansk Flexo Forum and several Flexo-projects.

Apex Europe found a good successor to follow the right way that Mogens stepped into by appointing ScanTeco ApS as the new representation in Scandinavia. Michael Undén and Jens Bjørn will be responsible for the sales and technical advices for the total Apex product programme in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Lithuania and Latvia. The company was founded in October 1994 and has a long history in the flexographic printing industry.

The ScanTeco assortment includes all kinds of products related to flexoprinting, such as cliché sleeves, doctor blades, printing machines and equipment. Since January 2010, the Apex products - anilox and metering rolls/sleeves, glue sets and a total cleaning and maintenance range- are added to make it a very complete program, which fits very well in ScanTeco’s vision and complies with Apex’ mission to offer service with an individual personal approach.

In January and February Mogens Lindström is traveling through out Scandinavia with both Michael and Jens in order to train them. This training will have a strong emphasize on the Genetic Transfer Technology, used to manufacture UniCorr®, UniFlex® and UniCoat® metering rolls, a technology that knows many successes in the Scandinavian market already.
